Job Description:
The role:
Working within a small Nurse-led team and in collaboration with the Clinical Nurse Consultant - Cardiac Rehabilitation, the Registered Nurse - Cardiac Rehabilitation strengthens health outcomes through the provision of safe, quality, clinically appropriate cardiac rehabilitation nursing care in partnership with patients/clients, their families/carers and other health professionals.

The team:
The Team is based at the Royal Hobart Hospital with clinics at various health care centres and involves inpatient and outpatient education. Current driver's licence required.
Details of Appointment
Fixed Term, part time, day worker position, working 32 hours per fortnight, commencing as soon as possible for approximately one (1) year.
Please note the hours are 7:30am - 4:00pm for this role.

- Applicants should note that, for a period of twelve months from the date of publication, this selection process may be used to fill subsequent or similar full time and part time vacancies.
Salary: $69,835 to $96,428 pro-rata per annum + 10.5% superannuation + access to salary packaging
You’ll have access to salary package a range of benefits including living expenses up to $9,010 + $2,650 in meal entertainment each FBT year + other benefits if eligible.
In addition, the following allowances calculated on the salaried incremental point may be available:
- Post Graduate Allowance of up to 7.5% based on qualification type
- Professional Development Allowance of up to $500 per annum
- Salary range is in accordance with the Nurses and Midwives (Tasmanian State Service Agreement) 2019

Registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia as a Registered Nurse

Current Driver’s Licence
- Holds, or working towards, a postgraduate study in cardiovascular nursing
