The Statewide Sexual Health Service is seeking a permanent Clinical Nurse Consultant - Sexual Health to provide professional advanced clinical leadership and expertise in the provision of clinical advice, assessment and interventions based on best practice in the health care management of Sexual Health Services clients within the defined community practice area. This position will be based at Clinic 34, 34 Howick Street, Launceston with an outreach clinic to Devonport, commencing July 2023

Our clinical services primarily involve the assessment, diagnosis, treatment and management of sexually transmissible infections, sexual functioning, conditions impacting upon sexuality and gender diversity, care and management of HIV and treatment and cure of Hepatitis C. We provide a multidisciplinary transgender service including information, support and medical assistance and guidance.

Permanent, full time, day worker position, working 76 hours per fortnight, commencing July 2023

*notwithstanding hours to be negotiated with the successful applicant

Salary:

$104,735 - $111,334 per annum. Our Employer 10.5% superannuation contribution is on top of this amount.

You’ll have access to salary package a range of benefits including living expenses up to $9,010 + $2,650 in meal entertainment each FBT year + other benefits if eligible.

In addition, the following allowances calculated on the salaried incremental point may be available:
