In particular, the functions of sensory system in the environmental modulation of aging process will be vigorously investigated. To address these questions, multidisciplinary approaches including molecular genetics, protein biochemistry, behavioral analysis, calcium imaging, and electrophysiology will be applied. Highly motivated and hardworking postdoctoral candidates with strong background in any of these fields are encouraged to apply. Previous experience with C. elegans research and/or molecular biology is preferred but not required. The successful candidate will actively interact with a vibrant research team composed of the PI, research faculty, other postdoctoral fellows, graduate students, lab technicians, and undergraduate researchers.
