Senior Retail Banking Product Manager, Small and Medium Enterprises Lending

Responsibilities:<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

• Expanding the digital business of Small and Medium Enterprises Lending with performance driven, optimizing the process of mobile and online Small and Medium Enterprises Lending application platform in principle of increase online business revenue<\/span><\/li>\n
• Reduce the operating cost by improving the end-to-end process by automatic and streamline the operation flow<\/span><\/li>\n
• Innovation thinking and market sense, research for the new technology which value for Small and Medium Enterprises Lending business, and preparing of management report.<\/span><\/li>\n
• Manage and prioritize the project status, follow up related items and a-hoc task<\/span><\/li>\n
• Coordinate system user requirement and able to arrange priority with limited resources<\/span><\/li>\n
• Assist Department Operation Risk Officer for compliance and audit related reporting<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  Requirements:<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

  • Degree holder majoring in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or related disciplines <\/li>\n
  • At least 7-8 years\u2019 relevant experience in banking industry<\/li>\n
  • Strong problem-solving skill and responsibility, can work under pressure<\/li>\n
  • Strong execution skill with high quality outcome, completed the task assigned by supervisor on time<\/li>\n
  • Good Communication skill, able to maintain good relationship with related stakeholder, arrange briefing and training for the stakeholder via program launch<\/li>\n
  • Good command of spoken & written English and Chinese. Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access of MS office<\/li>\n
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Manager<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
