Job Description:

The University of Florida Veterinary Hospital is seeking Diagnostic Imaging Technicians to join our team. Our technicians provide support for the hospital by producing quality imaging while maintaining exemplary patient care in an efficient manner. Our technicians work with all type of animals in both the large and small animal hospital including exotics. Individuals should genuinely care about people and animals, possess excellent communication skills, outgoing, full of enthusiasm and a team player.

This position is considered essential personnel and requires a post-offer health assessment

Expected Salary:

Veterinary Technician I: $18-22/hr

Veterinary Technician II: $20-25/hr

Minimum Requirements:

Veterinary Diagnostic Imaging Technician I: High school diploma or equivalent and one year relevant experience.

Veterinary Diagnostic Imaging Technician II: Credentialed veterinary technician or credentialed in a diagnostic imaging field.

Preferred Qualifications:

•Credentialed veterinary Technician OR
•Registered Radiological Technologist
