Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Formulate and implement business plans in accordance with bank level strategy
- Coordinate and promote operational optimization at personal banking
- Promote Agile Scrum theory, lead scrum teams in applying Agile methodology and scrum practices in transformation projects
- Facilitate, drive and monitor progress of innovative cross-departmental transformation projects and provide strategic solutions to internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project implementation
- Promote and apply agile mechanisms e.g. "stand up" and "retro" to operate in projects
- Assist Product Owners in crafting user stories and mentor them in daily decisions to keep projects in motion
- Conduct and monitor cross-departmental level studies and workshops for transformation projects to improve operational performance and efficiency
- Facilitate and drive transformation at Omni Channels and adopt Fintech at process flow to improve customer satisfaction and reduce operational cost
- Participate in regional process transformation projects
- Prepare various reports to Senior Management
Requirements:
- Degree or above with major in Information Technology/ Business Administration/ Finance/ Fintech/ Banking or related discipline is preferred.
- Have at least 5 years’ experience in the banking industry, specifically in strategy planning, fintech and digital transformation project management areas, with minimum 2 years as Scrum Master in projects
- Holder of professional qualification in Transformation/ Project/ Change Management e.g. Project Management Professional (PMP)、Scrum Master, Agile Certified Practitioner; and possess professional qualification in the following areas is preferred : Design Thinking, Quality Management e.g. Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or above, ISO 9001: 2015 Lead Auditor or above
- Strong knowledge and experienced in Agile/Scrum delivery
- Proactive and self-motivated, flexible and adaptive to changes
- Possess strong digital transformation project management, analytical, leadership and problem solving skills
- Experienced in arranging and promoting cross-departmental professionals to conduct cross-journey optimization, and in organizing design thinking and value stream mapping workshops
- Experience in exploring collaboration with other banks in Mainland China / Asia Pacific is preferable
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese. Putonghua is an advantage
- Familiar with agile delivery tools Jira & Confluence and computer software e.g. MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, MS Project and have programming experience is an advantage
