Digital Strategy & Transformation Manager (Scrum Master, RPMT)

Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n

\n
• Formulate and implement business plans in accordance with bank level strategy<\/li>\n
• Coordinate and promote operational optimization at personal banking<\/li>\n
• Promote Agile Scrum theory, lead scrum teams in applying Agile methodology and scrum practices in transformation projects<\/li>\n
• Facilitate, drive and monitor progress of innovative cross-departmental transformation projects and provide strategic solutions to internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project implementation<\/li>\n
• Promote and apply agile mechanisms e.g. \"stand up\" and \"retro\" to operate in projects<\/li>\n
• Assist Product Owners in crafting user stories and mentor them in daily decisions to keep projects in motion<\/li>\n
• Conduct and monitor cross-departmental level studies and workshops for transformation projects to improve operational performance and efficiency<\/li>\n
• Facilitate and drive transformation at Omni Channels and adopt Fintech at process flow to improve customer satisfaction and reduce operational cost<\/li>\n
• Participate in regional process transformation projects<\/li>\n
• Prepare various reports to Senior Management<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n

  • Degree or above with major in Information Technology\/ Business Administration\/ Finance\/ Fintech\/ Banking or related discipline is preferred.<\/li>\n
  • Have at least 5 years\u2019 experience in the banking industry, specifically in strategy planning, fintech and digital transformation project management areas, with minimum 2 years as Scrum Master in projects<\/li>\n
  • Holder of professional qualification in Transformation\/ Project\/ Change Management e.g. Project Management Professional (PMP)\u3001Scrum Master, Agile Certified Practitioner; and possess professional qualification in the following areas is preferred : Design Thinking, Quality Management e.g. Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or above, ISO 9001: 2015 Lead Auditor or above<\/li>\n
  • Strong knowledge and experienced in Agile\/Scrum delivery <\/li>\n
  • Proactive and self-motivated, flexible and adaptive to changes<\/li>\n
  • Possess strong digital transformation project management, analytical, leadership and problem solving skills<\/li>\n
  • Experienced in arranging and promoting cross-departmental professionals to conduct cross-journey optimization, and in organizing design thinking and value stream mapping workshops<\/li>\n
  • Experience in exploring collaboration with other banks in Mainland China \/ Asia Pacific is preferable<\/li>\n
  • Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills<\/li>\n
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese. Putonghua is an advantage<\/li>\n
  • Familiar with agile delivery tools Jira & Confluence and computer software e.g. MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, MS Project and have programming experience is an advantage<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
