(Senior) Wealth Management Product Manager (Securities)

Responsibilities:<\/span><\/h3>\n

• Conduct various business reviews and forecasts through ongoing product and market analysis of Securities & Futures<\/span> business<\/span><\/li>\n
• Evaluate internal and external business aspects to generate new ideas on product features developments so as to satisfy the customer needs and achieve business objectives<\/span><\/li>\n
• Review and prepare reports on business performance, including examine the effectiveness of business plan and marketing program, for management to foster new product and optimum retention of existing business<\/span><\/li>\n
• Timely identified and addressed the stock trading platform problem and then closely collaborated with technology team for problem solving<\/span><\/li>\n
• Assist in formulating an effective operational processes and training program so as to enhance productivity and achieve persistent result<\/span><\/li>\n
• Monitor and ensure business operations are compliance with <\/span>external and internal <\/span>regulatory and legal requirement<\/span><\/li>\n

  Handle ad hoc projects as assigned by management<\/span><\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  Requirements:<\/span><\/span><\/h3>\n

  \n
  • Degree or above with major in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Statistics, or related disciplines <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
  • Professional certifications in financial management or investment related disciplines such as CFP, CFA or HKSI will be an asset<\/span><\/li>\n
  • At least 5 years experience in banking or financial industry with hands-on product development experience will be an asset<\/span><\/li>\n
  • \n
    Strong analytical capability and sound experience in research and market analysis<\/span><\/div>\n

    Good knowledge of securities products and their current market trend of development will be an advantage<\/span><\/div>\n<\/li>\n

    Able to operate analytical and statistical tools<\/span><\/div>\n<\/li>\n
  • \n
    Self-motivated, independent, and with excellent interpersonal skills<\/span><\/div>\n<\/li>\n
  • \n
    Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, knowledge in Mandarin preferred<\/span><\/div>\n<\/li>\n
  • Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Manager<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>"
