Head of Unsecured Lending, Personal Digital Banking Products Department

Responsibilities<\/span><\/h3>\n

• Manage retail unsecured lending business according to the overall business development strategy.<\/span><\/li>\n
• Formulate and execute business strategies on product development, marketing and sales channel management in achieving business targets.<\/span><\/li>\n
• Manage end-to-end product plans (product pricing, product features and customer journey) to maximize business profits.<\/span><\/li>\n
• Formulate and implement revenue models and pricing strategies to increase profit contribution for the business.<\/span><\/li>\n
• Identify and build rapport with strategic partners in order to seize business opportunities to achieve business objectives.<\/span><\/li>\n
• Cooperate with Segment units, Channel units and supporting units effectively to facilitate product sales and the enhancement of service quality<\/span><\/li>\n
• Plan and implement innovative and digital initiatives to ensure the continuous growth of business.<\/span><\/li>\n
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in products of unsecured and retail lending. <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  Requirements<\/span><\/h3>\n

  • Bachelors or above<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant working experience (e.g. business management\/ product management \/ marketing \/ credit \/ risk management \/ segment management or customer management), including at least 5 years of solid experience working in financial institutions and at least 5 years of management experience. Solid experience in management and banking product development preferred.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Possess sound product knowledge with good understanding of the market trend.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Possess comprehensive knowledge of banking operations, risk management, and procedures for credit products, and be familiar with relevant regulatory requirements for related products<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Strong leadership with practical experience of team work in achieving the business goals<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Proficiency in both English and Chinese with good communication and presentation skills<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>"
