Job Description: |
The UF Small Animal Hospital is seeking a self-motivated, compassionate, animal loving individual to be part of our patient care team. Our Client Service Representatives (CSR) work closely with the specialty services and act as a client advocate, ensuring that each client experience matches the excellent care offered to their pets. They are responsible for coordinating the daily activity of patients admitted and discharged from the Small Animal Hospital, communicating with clients during the course of their appointment, and ensuring clients are aware and understand what is happening with their pet and associated charges. We know you care about your own pets as much as we do our patients, so we offer discounts on treatments, procedures, and even food for all our employees’ pets. Expected Salary: |
$17.00 - $20.00 per hour, pay based on experience. |
