We are currently looking to source a <\/strong>Technical Marketing and Sales Manager \u2013 Hydrogen Production Systems<\/strong><\/p>\n

This is an exciting opportunity to get in at the ground level of a rapidly expanding, dynamic, global green energy business. Fortescue Future Industries is currently undertaking a rapid expansion and are seeking applications for a highly motivated Technical Marketing and Sales professional to be responsible for the customer engagement, technical marketing, and sales of Fortescue Hydrogen Production System products and solutions. They will work with the Global Lead, Technical Marketing and Sales to develop and implement a technical marketing and sales strategy for the Americas region, (north and South America) which encompasses support to +FFI owned\/financed projects as well as third party hydrogen production projects in the region.<\/p>\n

Key duties and responsibilities will include:<\/strong><\/p>\n

\n
• Build and maintain ongoing relationships with new and existing customers.<\/li>\n
• Develop and provide the key technical and product specification interface between the manufacturing team and customers<\/li>\n
• Liaison between technical, design, manufacturing and customer teams to provide fit for purpose offerings<\/li>\n
• Managing and executing customer contracts.<\/li>\n
• Assist with negotiation of contracts of supply.<\/li>\n
• Ensure ongoing customer liaison price, supply & quality.<\/li>\n
• Assist with the preparation of market analysis & strategies.<\/li>\n
• Promoting industry, company & product development through market research.<\/li>\n
• Prepare presentations to assist with promotion of the organisation.<\/li>\n
• Keep informed of current national and international economic market information<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  To be successful in this role:<\/strong><\/p>\n

  Candidates must be able to bring a flexible mindset, challenge traditional thinking, and be prepared to work outside of their comfort zone<\/p>\n

  • Relevant Bachelor degree (Commerce, Commercial, Economics, etc.) or equivalent experience<\/li>\n
  • Deep experience in identifying and qualifying sales opportunities and accounts in a highly technical environment<\/li>\n
  • Industry experience in the Electrolysis Sector extremely highly regarded.<\/li>\n
  • Experience in complex system sales with demonstrated technical understanding and ability to grasp new engineering concepts<\/li>\n
  • Solid contract negotiation and implementation skills.<\/li>\n
  • A solid understanding of global economic markets<\/li>\n
  • Excellent market analysis and intelligence.<\/li>\n
  • Relationship Management skills<\/li>\n
  • Experience in using CRM systems to facilitate pursuit management and team coordination.<\/li>\n
  • Problem Solving Skills<\/li>\n
  • Sensitivity to different cultural norms<\/li>\n
  • Excellent Communication, Conflict Management & Resolution skills<\/li>\n
  • Previous experience in Manufacturing driven, system delivery environment highly regarded.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
