What is the Role?

SSE Enterprise has an ambition to grow significantly over the next five years and as such we have an exciting opportunity for a PMO Analyst to join our SSE Enterprise Telecoms Transformation & Separation PMO team on a 12-month Fixed Term Contract basis.

The main focus of this role will be to support the PMO Lead to complete all monthly financial activities (incl. Capex/Accruals/Forecasting/Receipting/POs) that a programme with a £45.5m budget requires.

In addition, you will provide PMO support across all the Programmes, e.g. technical Lift & Shift, ERP Implementation (including the data platform), BSS implementation and the MSA services Separation.

Support responsibilities will include; tracking of RAID Logs, resource tracking, MSP Plan and Dependency tracking, document library set up and library management of all obligatory or mandatory documents with vendors and SSE ET, oversight of programme and corporate governance.

Collation and support of the Weekly Programmes Progress Reporting and the collation of data for presentations packs as required.

What do I need?

- Attention to detail, structured and organised, elevated interpersonal skills, MS Office 365 & Oracle suites. MS Project experience.

- Proficient with the use of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Access, Excel & Power point) and Google Apps.

- MS Project, MS excel Pivot table, excel basic formula (SUMIFS, VLOOKUPS), Visio, SharePoint, Milestone, Critical Path tracking.

- Strong organisation and negotiation skills change control management, budget and resource control, stakeholder's management, stage gate management, problem solving, reporting, RAID log, project governance, project management methodologies.
