Digital Banking Manager (UXUI Design)

Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n

\n
• Develop, define and document components and patterns for our established Design System. Contribute to the system by providing detailed specs, logic and rules for a variety of use cases<\/li>\n
• Work with other designers to identify emerging trends, and turn them into reusable components and patterns. Spot opportunities to apply standards to new features, proactively identify areas for improvement for the Design System<\/li>\n
• Design components and patterns that will allow product designers to focus on product level problems,<\/li>\n
• work closely with product designers to solve challenges in response to product requirements<\/li>\n
• Seek qualitative and quantitative insights to inform continuous improvement<\/li>\n
• Work closely with development teams to manage the design process, drive decisions, track design issues and ensure that design specifications are implemented<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n

  \n
  • Degree holder in Business, Information Technology or related discipline preferable<\/li>\n
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in UX\/UI Design<\/li>\n
  • A comprehensive understanding of modern interface design patterns<\/li>\n
  • Problem solving mindset, driving structured, practical and scalable solutions<\/li>\n
  • Experience contributing to design systems including component design, documentation a plus<\/li>\n
  • Strong experience across desktop & native mobile app design<\/li>\n
  • Ability to clearly and effectively communicate ideas and solutions to stakeholders<\/li>\n
  • Proficient in UX\/UI and interaction design with keen eye for branding, visual design, typography and user interface design and also an understanding of user centered design process<\/li>\n
  • Proficiency in UX\/UI Software (Figma, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, InVision, Flinto, Zeplin)<\/li>\n
  • Fluency in Cantonese\/Putonghua & English and excellent writing skills in Chinese and English<\/li>\n
  • Familiar with MS Office (including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and Chinese & English input methods<\/li>\n<\/ul>"
