• Fortescue\u2019s Eliwana mine is located on the traditional lands of the Puutu Kunti Kurrama people.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  Roster: 8D\/6R - FIFO ex Perth<\/strong><\/p>\n

  Working Eliwana Processing Plant in the Engineering Department. This position will report to the Senior Mechanical Engineer providing technical support and solutions to fixed plant maintenance and operations teams via fault finding, repair and shutdown support<\/p>\n

  Key responsibilities include:<\/strong><\/p>\n

  \n
  • Being a safety leader and engage with personnel to drive a Zero Harm safety culture<\/li>\n
  • Engaging with Operations and Maintenance personnel as a key team member facilitating operational and maintenance processes<\/li>\n
  • Provide technical input and drive continuous improvement<\/li>\n
  • Identification and implementation of safety and production improvement projects<\/li>\n
  • Performing Root Cause Analysis and implementing learnings<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Qualifications and Experience sought:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
    • Mechanical Engineering Degree<\/li>\n
    • 3-5 years experience preferably in Fixed Plant Ore processing<\/li>\n
    • Working knowledge of processing equipment<\/li>\n
    • Experience within operational teams on site is essential<\/li>\n
    • Experience in conducting root cause analysis<\/li>\n
    • Demonstrated competency in use of SAP<\/li>\n
    • Strong engagement and communication skills<\/li>\n
    • Project management experience preferred<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
