Job Description: |
The Integrative Medicine service is seeking a technician who is enthusiastic about rehabilitative medicine and what it has to offer to their patients. They assist with exams, directly provide rehabilitative care under the direction of our faculty veterinarians, coordinate the schedule including with other specialty services, and provide clinical instruction and demonstration to veterinary students. Access to such a wide variety of modalities is a great opportunity for those interested in obtaining their specialty certification. Duties include, but are not limited to: Typical schedule will be Monday through Friday which may require working earlier then 8:00 a.m. or later than 5:00 p.m. Schedule may change due to covering other shifts. Will participate in holiday schedule for covering the emergency and critical care areas. Will be part of the Emergency Response Team. Some weekend duty may be required. |
Expected Salary: |
$18.00-$25.00, salary based on credentials and experience |
Minimum Requirements: |
Veterinary Technician I: High school diploma or equivalent and one year of relevant experience Veterinary Technician II: Credentialed veterinary technician. |
