Employment Type: Full time (35 hours per week) IT Graduate Program
Duration: 18 months - Commencing early 2023
Remuneration: $84,000 package (inc 17% superannuation)

About the Role

As the successful IT Graduate, you will support and deliver meaningful work to develop your skill set with expected learning throughout the duration of the program. You will be assigned a guide to assist and provide on the job training and support every step of the way. On a day-to-day basis you may find yourself working on projects, reviewing commercial relationships and contracts, working on new code development, bug-fixing, or taking part in workshops as part of new system deliveries.
The Graduate program will consist of 3 rotations (6 months in a directorate) with an opportunity to gain varied and valuable experience across a range of varied positions.

Role requirements
- Strong presentation skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to structure and articulate messages to different audiences at all levels
- You can demonstrate competencies with problem solving, decision-making, persuasiveness, delegation, teamwork, conflict management and stress tolerance
- Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ensuring that the underlying problem is understood, and a robust approach / solution is developed
- You will have experience in customer service and stakeholder engagement
- You would have graduated after December 2021
