(Senior) Retail Banking Product Manager (Secured Lending)

Responsibilities<\/strong>:<\/span><\/p>\n

• Responsible for the end-to-end product development and business performance of Small Enterprise Lending and Secured Retail Lending businesses<\/strong><\/li>\n
• Perform market intelligence studies, integrate the findings to generate ideas on product features development and recommend appropriate product strategies<\/li>\n
• Responsible for the end-to-end product development and business performance of Small Enterprise Lending and Secured Retail Lending<\/li>\n
• Design product-based marketing plans, review and report business status, effectiveness of the marketing campaigns and business plans periodically<\/li>\n
• Perform business volume forecast and analyze pricing structure and profitability<\/li>\n
• Identify and streamline the business processes to optimize operational efficiency<\/li>\n
• Perform other duties as delegated and assigned by the management<\/li>\n
• Participate in Fintech related projects including Open API, blockchain, digital banking, mobile banking etc. to drive innovation and enhancements in systems, products, services and process efficiency<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  Requirement<\/strong>:<\/span><\/p>\n

  • Degree or above with major in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Statistics, or related disciplines<\/li>\n
  • At least 8 years experience in banking or financial industry which must be hands-on product development experience<\/li>\n
  • Good connection with estate agencies and referral agents will be an advantage<\/li>\n
  • Strong leadership skill, analytical capability and excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills<\/li>\n
  • Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, and proficiency in Mandarin is preferred<\/li>\n<\/ul>"
