Job Description:
Responsibilities
- Riding on the Bank’s investment market views & strategies and the product information provided by Product teams, provide support to the frontline and sales teams of the Personal Banking and Wealth Management Department; formulate and provide proper and compliant business strategies and scripts, so as to prevent the frontline and sales teams from violating the compliance requirements and providing personal investment views or advice
- Establish and maintain customer relationships through different channels, including, but not limited to conducting joint calls, investment portfolio reviews and providing online investment service etc., provide customers with the bank’s up-to-date investment market views & strategies, and professional & factual information, assist customer to establish an appropriate and tailor-made investment portfolio, so as to further improve the performance of banking investment business
- Assist the branch network to hold various investment-related business workshops in order to improve the sales capabilities, professionalism and compliance awareness of the frontline and sales teams
- Liaise with compliance departments to hold training activities on compliance and /or process in order to maintain sales activities conducted at a satisfactory compliance level
- Assist the branch network in organizing and participating in various investment activities, such as holding client seminars and inviting speakers etc., so as to enhance business performance, and to develop, execute and monitor sales pipelines and other sales management plans with the frontline management team
- Pay attention to market trends and customer needs, promptly deliver the market insight and suggestions for process optimization to relevant product managers in order to support the implementation of relevant business strategies of the Bank
Requirements
- Bachelors or above
- Securities Intermediary Qualification is required; with professional qualification in CRWP, CFP, CFA is preferred
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in the financial industry and at least 8 years’ experience in investment product related business; with at least 7 years of management experience
- Possess professional knowledge and insights on investment market; familiar with regulatory requirements, industry practices, risk management related concepts and principles
- Proficiency in both English and Chinese with good communication and presentation skills
