(Senior) Business Strategy Manager (Omni Channel Management, Strategy Team)

Responsibilities:<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n

\n
• Align with the bank\u2019s business and channel strategy and reference best market practice to formulate short-, medium- and long-term omni-channel strategy and optimization plans<\/li>\n
• Conduct in-depth market and industry research and analysis on omni-channel development trends, and formulate omni-channel strategy based on customer needs and the latest fintech applications<\/li>\n
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis on the performance, efficiency, customer behavior and projects implementation in various online and offline channels, and propose customer experience optimization suggestions<\/li>\n
• Work with various business units to formulate and monitor the implementation of bank-wide channel strategies and mechanisms whenever necessary<\/li>\n
• Identify business opportunities and areas of improvements by agile and design thinking with analytical support;<\/li>\n
• Supervise and manage subordinates to complete required tasks, collect and organize work materials, and produce management analytical reports<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  Requirements:<\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n

  • Bachelor degree or above<\/li>\n
  • With more than 5 years or relevant experience in banking service<\/li>\n
  • Good command of Chinese and English writing and communication skills<\/li>\n
  • With general business operation and market knowledge<\/li>\n
  • With business strategy or project management knowledge<\/li>\n
  • Able to prepare business and financial analysis and report<\/li>\n
  • Able to work independently and withstand pressure<\/li>\n
  • Guide subordinates on BAU tasks and give opinions on their work<\/li>\n
  • Candidate with more experience will be considered as our Senior Business Strategy Manager<\/li>\n<\/ul>"
