(Assistant/Deputy) Business Strategy Manager (Leasing & Facilities)

Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h3>\n

• Coordinates, oversees and manages repair and maintenance work assignments performed by technicians, vendors and contractors<\/li>\n
• Overseeing projects, renovations or refurbishments<\/li>\n
• Manage the upkeep of equipment and supplies to meet health and safety standards<\/li>\n
• Reviews work orders to ensure that assignments are completed, perform analysis and forecasting<\/li>\n
• Inspect and determine the need for repairs or renovations<\/li>\n
• Supervise all facilities staff and external contractors<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  Requirements:<\/strong><\/h3>\n

  • Bachelor Degree in Facilities Management, Building Services, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent<\/li>\n
  • 5-7 years of related facilities \/ operations management for retail stores<\/li>\n
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills<\/li>\n
  • Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable to execute the tasks<\/li>\n
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese<\/li>\n
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as our Deputy\/Assistant Business Strategy Manager<\/li>\n<\/ul>"
