Job Description:

The Role:

Provide high-level business, secretarial and administrative support to the unit, including the administration of clinical, non-clinical, financial and administrative information to ensure the efficient and effective operation for the unit.

Support the day to day running of the unit and ensure the efficient flow of information and correspondence relating to the activities of the Department.

Take responsibility for work assignments, provide operational and administrative support and undertake specific projects as directed by the Director, Deputy Directors and Clinical Leads within the unit.

The Team:

This position is based in the RHH Anaesthetics Department, supporting the daily needs of the department and its large establishment of staff. Working closely with your administrative colleagues to provide Anaesthetic clinicians and other staff a high-quality administrative service.

Details of Appointments

Permanent, full time, day work, position working 76 hours per fortnight, commencing April 2023

Fixed term, part time, day work, position working 38 hours per fortnight, commencing March 2023 for approximately 12 months

*notwithstanding hours may be negotiated with the successful applicant

Salary: $65,721 to $71,156 pro-rata per annum + 10.5% superannuation + access to salary packaging

You’ll have access to salary package a range of benefits including living expenses up to $9,010 + $2,650 in meal entertainment each FBT year + other benefits if eligible.
