About the role

This is a senior leadership position within our Customer Experience Delivery team with primary accountability for the delivery and ongoing management of customer products, services and experiences. In this role, you will be a thought leader, leading and developing a high-performance culture and team, that delivers results and is committed to building the best sports wagering products and experiences to exceed customer expectations.

You will be a core member of the Customer Experience Delivery Leadership Team (a leader of leaders) and Technology Extended Leadership team, with accountability for collaborating with a broader group of senior leaders to drive strategic change, people engagement and positive cultural influence.

We’re looking for highly motivated individual, with proven leadership experience of large teams, having led the design & delivery of technology solutions in a large-scale enterprise environment.

You are an accomplished Technology leader who has successfully led significant Technology initiatives and delivered broad reaching transformational change.

You value and encourage other’s expertise, efforts and ideas and provide support when things don’t always go as planned, with a customer first attitude striving to improve customer experience.

You have excellent problem solving and decision-making skills, are a skilled negotiator, able to successfully move within an ambiguous, fast- paced, constantly changing environment.
