Allied Health services are expanding in Northern Tasmania and new positions for senior Occupational Therapists have become available. We have vacancies for experienced OTs to match your skills and interests in acute medicine, surgery & trauma, complex care, inpatient and ambulatory rehabilitation and community services across northern Tasmania.

The Role and the Team:

The Occupational Therapy department in Launceston is ready to welcome you to its team. The department has a comprehensive induction program, ongoing professional support and supervision, weekly in-services, a funding allowance for continuing professional development, a variety of research interests and great working relationships with other Allied Health professions. There are over 30 OTs working across 3 main service streams of acute, sub-acute and community, and there is a place for you in our team to grow, develop and belong.

Details of Appointment

Permanent Full Time Day Worker position working 76 hours per fortnight

*possible for hours to be negotiated with the successful applicant

Salary: $96,689 – $114,391 per annum + 10.5% superannuation

You have opportunity to salary package a range of benefits including annual living expenses up to $9,010 + $2,650 in meal entertainment, + other benefits if eligible.

You will also be entitled to $724 per annum for professional development.
