Manufacturing Systems Engineer

Work Location: Gladstone, Queensland

FFI is transforming regional Australia through green industry manufacturing with a Global Green Energy Manufacturing Centre (GEM) in Gladstone, Queensland. Stage one of the six-stage project will establish Australia’s first multi-gigawatt-scale electrolyser factory – a world-class facility with an initial capacity of 2 gigawatts (GW) per annum – more than doubling current global production.

Reporting to the Manufacturing Operations Senior Manager, you will be responsible for working with the business to document business requests, design and test business processes, and train end users on business process and tools. You will also be required to contribute to ongoing support and continuous improvement activities.

This role will see you liaising with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, so you will need to have great communication skills, a resilient attitude and ability to take on varying challenges on a day -to day basis. You will also be driven to achieve and keen to learn.
