Supervisor Mining Production<\/strong><\/p>

Work Location: <\/strong>Cloudbreak<\/p>

Roster: <\/strong>2\/1 or 2\/2 Rosters\u2013 FIFO ex Perth or Busselton<\/p>

Reporting to the Mining Superintendent, you will be responsible for all aspects of Load & Haul functions for operational Mining. You will lead a team of committed people who share a vision of being the safest and most efficient Mining Team. <\/p>

Key accountabilities will include:<\/strong><\/p>

• Demonstrate strong safety values<\/li>
• Lead mining operations and team members to ensure safe and productive operations<\/li>
• Coach and develop team members and take accountability for the skills training matrix<\/li>
• Conduct pit inspections<\/li>
• Conduct field interactions and complete incident investigations<\/li>
• Ensure that Mining achieves or exceed budget fleet utilisation and safety performance<\/li><\/ul>

  Qualifications and skills required:<\/strong><\/p>

  • Considerable experience in a similar role<\/li>
  • Strong leadership experience and ability to engage and empower large teams <\/li>
  • Experience in Autonomous Mining Systems is highly desirable but not essential<\/li>
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written<\/li>
  • Proven commitment to safety<\/li>
  • Computer proficiency in Microsoft office<\/li>
  • Strong understanding of efficiency drivers in a large scale mining operation<\/li>
  • Experienced in Frontline management<\/li><\/ul>
