About the Department of Medicine and Radiology – Royal Melbourne Hospital

The Department of Medicine and Radiology is a large and diverse department in the Melbourne Medical School that undertakes research, postgraduate and undergraduate teaching within the University of Melbourne teaching hospitals. The Department of Medicine at The Royal Melbourne Hospital is the largest node of the Department, and includes staff and students working in the Melbourne Brain Centre at RMH.


About the Role

The Research Fellow position is a central role for this five-year, NHMRC-funded national project – the OnTRACK Centre for Research Excellence (CRE). The OnTRACK CRE focusses on the health and well-being of older Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, their families, carers and communities, with a particular emphasis on promoting brain health. You will work closely with the program’s chief investigators, co-researching agencies and service providers, key stakeholders and other program staff and students to implement the research program.
