Job Description: | This position is part of the ICT Collaboration Platforms Services team, which is responsible for administering a hybrid cloud/on-premises environment delivering Microsoft 365 (including Exchange Online, OneDrive, Teams), Exchange, Active Directory, Azure AD, Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, Intune, Dropbox, Google Workspace for Education, and Listserv to the UF community. The incumbent will work collaboratively with a team of administrators on the delivery of these services, and provide excellent customer service to the UF community. The position will participate in medium to large scale projects affecting the entire UF community.

Minimum Requirements: | Bachelor's degree in an appropriate area and two years of relevant experience; or a high school diploma or equivalent and six years of experience. Appropriate college coursework or vocational/technical training may substitute at an equivalent rate for the required experience. |
