Estimator - Industrial Facilities

Work Location: Perth

Roster: Monday to Friday

We are currently seeking an Estimator to join an integral division of FFI.

    Estimator - Industrial Facilities<\/strong><\/p>

    Work Location: <\/strong>Perth<\/p>

    Roster: <\/strong>Monday to Friday<\/p>

    We are currently seeking an Estimator to join an integral division of FFI.<\/p>

    Key accountabilities will include:<\/strong><\/p>

    • Preparation of cost estimates<\/li>
    • Developing top down or first principles estimates<\/li>
    • Cost reporting and analysis<\/li>
    • Developing metrics and norms<\/li>
    • Liaising with Engineering to develop material take-offs<\/li>
    • Tender and contract reviews<\/li><\/ul>

      Qualifications and skills required:<\/strong><\/p>

      • Qualifications in Engineering or Quantity Surveying<\/li>
      • Demonstrated experience in an estimating role, ideally for the construction of industrial plants and facilities<\/li>
      • Advanced MS Office skills<\/li>
      • Experience with Estimating software<\/li>
      • The ability to work independently and within a team<\/li><\/ul>
