Job Description:
The Role:
- Participate and train in a diagnostic and clinical anatomical pathology service for inpatients and outpatients of the Launceston General Hospital (LGH).
- Participate in undergraduate and post graduate teaching.
- Participate in research and quality improvement activities.

Details of Appointment
Fixed term, full time, day work , 80 hours per fortnight commencing 6 February 2023 until 4 February 2024
*notwithstanding hours may be negotiated with the successful applicant

Salary:
Medical Practitioner Level 5 - 11 $95,697 - $135,411 per annum plus 10% superannuation and access to salary packaging and applicable allowances and loadings.
Eligibility:
Successful applicants will be required to meet the essential criteria:
- Demonstrate a commitment to training in Anatomical Pathology.
- Previous work experience relevant to the role.
- Understanding of Infection Control principles.
- Understanding of patient's rights and responsibilities.
- Knowledge and commitment to the principles of Work Health and Safety.
