Insurance Product Manager

Responsibilities:<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/h3>

• Identify and explore new product ideas to support business growth <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
• Conduct continuous monitoring and maintenance on products to ensure product and system competitiveness in the market and uplift sales effectiveness<\/span><\/li>
• Collaborate with internal & external stakeholders on product launch plan, digital channel development and other logistic <\/span><\/li>
• Assist in formulating effective process to enhance product development efficiency <\/span><\/li>
• Assist supervisor in handling projects related to regulatory requirement, sales process and system enhancement<\/span><\/li><\/ul>

  Requirements:<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/h3>

  • Degree with major in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Statistics or related discipline <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • At least 5 years experience in banking or insurance industry, 2 years of which must be hands-on project management experience<\/span><\/li>
  • Strong analytical capability and sound experience in research and market analysis<\/span><\/li>
  • Strong ability to operate analytical and statistical tools<\/span><\/li>
  • Self-motivated, independent and with excellent interpersonal skills<\/span><\/li>
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills<\/span><\/li>
  • Proficiency <\/span>in PC <\/span>applications<\/span>, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint<\/span>and Chinese Word Processing<\/span><\/li>
  • Excellent<\/span> command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, proficient in Mandarin preferred<\/span><\/li><\/ul>
