$52,918 to $55,208 pro-rata per annum

Period of Employment

Fixed term, casual, shift work (fully-rotational), working as and when required commencing as soon as possible for 12 months.


Southern Midlands Multipurpose Centre


Under the supervision of the Registered Nurse, and in accordance with Agency policy, legal, regulatory and funded program requirements, the Health Care Assistant:

delivers high quality care and support to the aged care residents and patients at the Midlands Multi Purpose Health Centre (MMPHC).

assists residents and patients with a range of daily living activities.

Essential Requirements

The Head of the State Service has determined that the person nominated for this job is to satisfy a pre‑employment check before taking up the appointment, on promotion or transfer. The following checks are to be conducted:

1. Conviction checks in the following areas:

a) Crimes of Violence

b) Sex Related Offences

c) Serious Drug Offences

d) Crimes involving dishonesty

2. Identification check

3. Disciplinary action in previous employment check
