Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Align with the bank’s business and channel strategy and reference best market practice to formulate short-, medium- and long-term omni-channel strategy and optimization plans
- Support the bank’s cultural change management on digitalization and omni channel transformation
- Conduct in-depth market and industry research and analysis on omni-channel development trends, and formulate omni-channel strategy based on customer needs and the latest fintech applications
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis on the performance, efficiency, customer behavior and projects implementation in various online and offline channels, and propose customer experience optimization suggestions
- Work with various business units to formulate and monitor the implementation of bank-wide channel strategies and mechanisms whenever necessary
- Identify business opportunities and areas of improvements by agile and design thinking with analytical support
- Keep track of and collect any progress of projects, and assist supervisors in producing management analytical reports
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above
- With at least 1 years or above relatvant experience in banking or hotline service
- Familiar with common softwares, i.e. MS office application(Word, Excel, PowerPoint and etc.) and Chinese & English input method
