CRM Solution Architect

Routinely analyzes business processes and current use of Salesforce to produce an analysis and recommended roadmap for Salesforce solutions. Conducts platform feasibility assessments, design comparisons, development, testing, performance monitoring, quality assurance, documentation, and training of other CRM administrators and end users. Serves as an integrator between business needs and technology solutions, resulting in workable solutions that meet identified business requirements.

Ensures process efficiency through prioritization and adoption of the most relevant CRM or vendor supplied features, based on the most relevant needs of UF Online. Architect Salesforce Experience Cloud sites, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Form Assembly and Pardot to deliver engaging experiences for Current and Prospective students. Serves as a Salesforce expert regarding new product evaluation.

Manages all new and existing University IT risk assessments related to Salesforce products, ensuring updated data boundaries as well as updating assessments for expanded use cases. Keeps current with the latest standards or best practices for each Salesforce environment supported, other University of Florida CRM development, as well as other relevant technical platforms.

Salesforce and Pardot Administrator

Produces technically sound solutions that align with UF Online’s Salesforce architecture, while staying closely aligned with UF’s Enterprise Salesforce system, meeting the needs of the University of Florida Online’s strategic direction. Manages user security architecture. Creates and maintains Salesforce Flows, Process Builders, Workflows, Apex Classes, and Apex Triggers. Act as an advisor to the UF Online Marketing & Strategic Communications team to provide solutions for enhanced marketing automations and experiences delivered on the Salesforce/Pardot platform. Recommends best practices and implements processes to ensure data integrity and usability. Improve user experience, solve technical issues, invent creative solutions, and ensure data integrity across the CRM platform. Maintains warehouse database integrations. Proactively identifies and implements operational improvements, enhancements, and system customizations that meet business requirements. Provides support for creating and updating user reports. Oversees the daily operations and system performance of the CRM and related systems. Performs routine maintenance to ensure all associated platforms are up-to-date and prepared for new releases. Provides direct support to the UF Online Marketing & Communications team to create innovative solutions to higher education marketing automation.

Project Management & Communication

Conducts business analysis, provide updates, and to keep current on project timelines. Provides leadership with regular effort reports on analysis, development, maintenance, training, and other specified department requirements. Manages relationships between CRM representatives and UF Online. Disseminates information to students, staff, and other stakeholders regarding updates, policies, and procedures related to working projects. Handles internal communication regarding the CRM systems including but not limited to new features, bug fixes, and planned maintenance windows.

Expected Salary:

$90,000 - $100,000

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in an appropriate area and four years of relevant experience; or a high school diploma or equivalent and eight years of relevant experience. Appropriate college coursework may substitute at an equivalent rate for the required experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Minimum 4 years of experience with Salesforce CRM.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with Pardot.
• Expert knowledge of the Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Strong knowledge of Canvas instructional tools, layout, and collaboration tools, assessments, storage, and delivery systems.
• Self-motivated and self-directed to stay on track with goals and plans. Detail-orientated and organized with the ability to manage multiple duties and assignments.
• Meets deadlines working in a fast-paced environment. Ability to operate in a team-oriented and collaborative environment and be a strong individual contributor to group goals.
