About the Role

Base Location: Perth, Havant, Reading, Edinburgh or Glasgow

Salary:£36,260 - £44,257 + a range of other benefits to support your family, finances and wellbeing.

Working Pattern: Permanent | Full Time | Flexible First options available

The IT Automation Test Analyst will provide quality assurance for IT Changes by planning, co-ordinating and executing Manuel & automated testing in non-production environments. This work is essential to protect the integrity of the live systems and minimise the risks to the business from IT change. As an IT Automation Test Analyst, you will be expected to develop, maintain, and execute Manual & automated test activities on projects, taking ownership and managing through to successful completion.

- You will operate as a test automation subject matter expert, and work with existing staff to improve the capability and develop a long-term test automation function.

- Maintain existing, and build new automated test packs.

- Provide Test design services, adopting a risk based approach to Test design.

- Supply defect management services, ensuring proper traceability, version and configuration control of all test objects developed.

- Knowledge transfer to the wider test team

What do I need?

To be considered for this role, you will have proven experience of implementing and maintaining Manual & Automated Testing solutions. You will also need excellent planning, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills as you will engage with senior stakeholders.

Desirable key skills required for this role are:

- Selenium.

- C#.

- Azure DevOps.

- API Testing.

- Build Pipelines.
