Senior Delivery Lead - Cyber

About the Role

Base Location: Havant or Reading

Salary:£54,600-81,800 + car allowance + performance-related bonus and a range of other benefits to support your family, finances and wellbeing.

Working Pattern: Permanent | Full Time | Flexible First options available

• Establish and maintain highly effective relationships with multiple delivery teams, stakeholders at all levels and business teams to ensure that interfaces work correctly.
• Lead the delivery of multiple technology solutions with focus on tangible business outcomes in accordance with the appropriate methodology
• Management of 3^rd parties, reviewing their performance, ensuring alignment with SSE ways of working and values acting as a routine contact point between organisation and supplier.
• Manage cross product and external dependencies, ensuring activities are joined up from an operational and delivery point of view.
• Manage multiple delivery team across end to end product lifecycle to ensure that resultant systems/services deliver the specified outcomes, within budget and timescale.

What do I need?

To be considered for this role, we would love you to have:

• Extensive experience of combined IT and security work experience, with 3 + years dedicated experience delivering with Cyber Security
• Demonstrable experience of running successful delivery with multiple delivery teams within IT and Cyber Security – have strong technical knowledge to provide delivery teams with support and guidance
• Ability to provide leadership and focus for the delivery teams, building strong capability within relevant area
• Is able to articulate the environment that supports SSE’s Vision and Values, whilst encouraging innovation.
• Experience of having shaped business cases and delivering tangible benefits to an organisation.
