Job Description: | The Department of Animal Sciences is looking for an Agricultural Assistant II to assist with the Beef Units. This position is responsible in assisting with all the activities of the day to day operation of the Beef Units. Duties include but are not limited to: Helping manage the Beef Cattle Herd Land Use Programs Hay Production and Harvesting; Farm Equipment Operation Heavy Truck and Equipment Operation This position is considered essential personnel in emergency situations. |
Expected Salary: | $16.00 per hour |
Minimum Requirements: | High school diploma or equivalent and two years of relevant experience. Appropriate college coursework or vocational/technical training may substitute at an equivalent rate for the required experience. |
