Mining Engineer - Short Term Planning

Work Location: Eliwana - Fortescue’s Eliwana mine is located on the traditional lands of the Puutu Kunti Kurrama people.

Roster: 8D/6R FIFO ex. Perth

We are currently seeking a highly motivated Mining Engineer to join the Eliwana Operations Planning team. Reporting to the Senior Mining Engineer – Short Term Planning, this role is responsible for providing short term mine planning support to our Eliwana mine operations. You will provide designs, pit, and production schedules. This role will see you develop influential relationships with multiple functions and stakeholders as you will be required to work collaboratively with other mine planning professionals and operation teams to delivering safe and executable mine development plans and designs.
