Job Description:
Responsibilities
- Establish a methodology, relevant processes and standards for the digital business in corporate banking, and facilitate the end-to-end implementation from planning to execution for the digital business
- Plan for the digital business in corporate banking with clear roadmaps, target scenarios and annual key strategies for digital business development
- Design product portfolios and scenario-based solutions for the digital business and expand the partner ecosystem.
- Build a business analytics and customer & partner & employee experience management framework for the digital business, and drive continuous business optimization based on data and experience
- Track financial technology trends and industry practices, and continuously improve the competitiveness of digital business and explore new opportunities in the market
Requirements
- Bachelor degree or above
- Minimum of 10 years of working experience in 2B business of large technology companies, banks or consulting companies
- Experiences of digital business planning, industrial ecosystem development or product portfolio management. Solid experiences in digital business planning, maturity measurement and diagnosis preferred.
- Ability to drive innovation and industry integration with an open mindset
- Strong understanding of advance digital working methodologies (Agile/Lean Startup/Design Thinking) and ability to lead people from different professional backgrounds
- Proficiency in both English and Chinese with good communication and presentation skills
