Commercial Property Analyst - Manufacturing
Work Location: Perth
Roster: Monday to Friday
Fortescue Future Industries is currently undertaking a rapid expansion and are seeking applications for a Commercial Property Analyst to support Fortescue's portfolio of green energy manufacturing projects.
Key accountabilities will include:
- Identify commercial property opportunities that meet manufacturing requirements
- Build, maintain and expand the database of commercial manufacturing properties globally
- Engage with stakeholders to frame and analyse key project decisions and gather critical data
- Carry out research as requested including but not limited to property options analysis: market size, logistics dependencies and risk analysis and partner analysis
- Coordinating communications and activities between FFI, agents, consultants, and other advisors
- Attend project meetings and site visits
- Working closely with Senior Commercial Analyst in the development of business case, and subsequent input to board papers and executive reports
- Other ad hoc tasks as required to support the Manufacturing projects function.
Qualifications and skills required[JG1] :
- Bachelor's degree in property, commerce or a related field
- Extensive experience in commercial and commercial property analysis at a similar position or level
- Experience in renewable, hydrogen and related technologies, supply chains or manufacturing would be beneficial
- Commercial modelling experience would be beneficial
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly motivated and proactive individual, comfortable working autonomously in a complex environment
- Advanced Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills
- Resilient with an ability to manage competing deadlines
