What is the Role?

A key member of the Network Architecture & Engineering team within the Network Strategy function; responsible for Network security architecture & design. Part of the Network strategic function delivering business transformation through network expansion, new services and automation. To ensure the company are in line with security, compliance, operational and regulatory requirements. Own and drive solutions for reducing technical risks and vulnerabilities within the Network and Orchestration strategies through designing, testing and validating network security against the requirements of its security polices and accreditation solutions. Through developing and working with both in-house and externally contracted teams will maintain robust end to end security strategies.

What do I need?

In order to be successful in this role. you will either have a CISSP, CCSP, OSCP, SANS or equivalent desirable. You will be able to demonstrate a good working knowledge with a previous experience in a network security environment of common security related compliance requirements - GDPR, PCI-DSS, ISO27001, Cyber Security. Familiarity of orchestration technologies and network and cloud connectivity methods and best practices. Accustomed with cloud provider technologies (e.g. API GW). Understand network security systems (FW, WAF, DDOS) and a good understanding of CAS-T & TSR risks and mitigations within network solutions.

You will have excellent communication skills, with the ability to present proposals, results and outcomes in a clear and concise manner, you will be proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Visio and Excel.

We are looking for candidates that can display a high level of confidence, be able to demonstrate initiative and will have the ability to work flexibly within the team in order to ensure that we are delivering projects to time and budget.
