The Production Manager is responsible for hands-on management of pilot scale production and analysis of RNA-based therapeutics batches in the UNSW RNA Institute. To support these activities, the Production Manager will oversee development and optimisation of production processes, analytical procedures and facilities, as well as compliance with GLP and/or ISO 9001 requirements.


About the role

The role reports to the Institute Manager, will have approximately five direct reports and will be involved in establishing and staffing the production and quality control teams.
