The role:
Provides clinical nursing leadership in a contemporary acute care practice setting including advanced nursing care within scope of practice.
In collaboration with the Nurse Unit Manager (NUM) undertakes nursing assessments, contributes to planning, and co-ordinates the delivery of services to patients admitted to the AMU.
Develops effective relationships with other service providers across the hospital and within the community to improve services and service access.
Actively incorporates teaching, practice-based research, and quality activities within the role to improve standards of care.

Details of Appointment
Fixed term, part time shift-worker position working 48 hours per fortnight, commencing as soon as possible until 30 October 2024

Salary: $111,506 - $118,336 pro rata, per annum. Our Employer 11% superannuation contribution is on top of this amount.
You’ll have access to salary package a range of benefits including living expenses up to $9,010 + $2,650 in meal entertainment each FBT year + other benefits if eligible
Salary range is in accordance with Nurses and Midwives (Tasmanian State Service) Agreement 2023 and Nurses and Midwives (Tasmanian State Service) Interim Agreement 2013

Successful applicants will be required to meet the essential criteria:
Registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia as a Registered Nurse.

Responsibilities:
Lead and manage internal audit engagements in relation to Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorist Financing (AML/CTF), Compliance and Operational Risk Management, etc. in BOCHK Group from planning, risk assessment, fieldwork to reporting
Assess compliance with relevant regulations and standards of Hong Kong and Southeast Asia countries
Evaluate the effectiveness of risk management and internal controls, identify areas for improvement, provide sound recommendations and audit opinions, validate effectiveness of remediation
Participate and/or support various audit assignments or ad-hoc projects if necessary
Requirements:
Degree or above with major in Accountancy, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Risk Management or related disciplines
Professional qualification of CPA/CIA or equivalent. CAMS, AAMLP, CFA, CFE will be a plus
4 years or above solid experience in AML/CTF or Compliance or Operational audits or relevant areas, preferably in sizable financial institutions / enterprises, regulators or well-known external audit / consultancy firms.
Familiar with relevant local and international banking and AML laws & regulations, standards and market practices in Hong Kong and Southeast Asian market, solid knowledge of risk management framework(including compliance risk, operational risk, fraud risk, etc.) and risk model, customer due diligence, screening and sanctions compliance, transaction monitoring and suspicious transaction reporting
Available in travelling to Southeast Asia, good team-player, self-motivated with strong project management and communication skills; familiar with data analytics will be a plus
Proficiency in spoken and written Chinese and English, with good command of Mandarin

Licensed Mental Health Counselor
Job Description:
The incumbent will provide direct, evidence based psychotherapy services and interventions to patients and families.
The incumbent will document assessments, continuing treatments, and further treatment planning in the electronic medical record in a timely manner.
The incumbent will screen and assess complex mental health needs of patients and their families, including identifying strengths and weaknesses, services, and financial constraint.
The incumbent will provide rapid response to emergency needs of complex patients and families using evidence based interventions to stabilize and resolve crisis situations.
The incumbent will provide assistance with the development of linkages with providers and community services that will enable patients and families to achieve optimal outcomes.
The incumbent will participate in weekly administrative staffing meetings to review new patients, patients in treatment, and treatment planning and coordination.
The incumbent will assure that referrals to access community resources and support toward optimal outcomes are made in a timely manner and will follow-up on such referrals.
Expected Salary:
$52,500-$68,238 annually
Minimum Requirements:
Master’s or Doctoral degree or in social work, psychology, mental health counseling, or related field. All State of Florida requirements met for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), with two years post-degree supervised experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
Professionals with one of the following credentials and training in psychotherapy:
Social worker with a masters degree or doctorate from an accredited school of social work
Counselor with a masters degree in counseling
Psychologist with a masters degree or doctorate in clinical psychology
Other professional license to provide counseling and psychotherapy services accredited by the Florida Department of Health, Division of Medical Quality Assurance
Additionally, professionals with the following licensing and experience:
LCSW with active State of Florida license
LMHC with active State of Florida license
2-3 years full time clinical counseling experience
